This policy explains how Yuli Caicedo handles the personal data you send through yuliframe.com.

Who is responsible

Yuli Caicedo, Malmö, Sweden, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: yulicaicedon@gmail.com.

What is collected

When you send a booking request, the details you enter are collected: company, name, email, phone number if given, and information about the job such as dates, location, usage and budget.

Why, and on what legal basis

The data is used to reply to your request, give a quote and plan the job. The legal basis is the steps needed before a possible agreement and Yuli's legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Who processes the data

Requests arrive by email, through Google's email service, and if the form service is active, through Formspree. These services may process data outside the EU/EEA, using the safeguards the providers offer, such as the EU's standard contractual clauses. The data is never sold or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. If the request leads to a job, the information needed for invoicing is kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires.

Cookies and statistics

The site does not use cookies for tracking. If visitor statistics are switched on, they are collected without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing yulicaicedon@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
